こういう曲だから特に女性ヴォーカルのしっとりとという感じのものが多いわけで、
でもそうなるとわざわざカヴァーしなくてもオリジナルで良いじゃんとなる。

そんな中でちょっと光ってたのがエルヴィス・コステロ、
2022年デジタル・リリースの『The Boy Named If (Alive At Memphis Magnetic)』のカヴァー。

独創的ではないが、
コステロがあの声で唄うとやはりコステロの曲になる。
